We pride ourselves on the fact that our flour ground the 'old fashion way'. Using only the power of water (and our Millers, Neal, Paul and Rex!) Calbourne Water Mill produces approximately 30-40 tons of flour each year, supplying many shops across the Island, as well as delivering flour to the mainland, and of course, selling bags of flour and our bread directly to customers.
