After grinding on the French Burr stones, the meal is cooled before being fed into the dresser. The white flour passes through a stainless steel mesh sieve of 80 threads per inch.

The resulting flour has almost all of the bran, semolina & midds removed leaving unbleached flour suitable for bread, pastry, scones & other applications where strong white flour is required.
